Be The Match hired BSD to improve visibility of its National Marrow Donor Program, streamline the digital operations of its offices around the country, and increase the number of registered donors. In order to achieve these goals, I interviewed regional stakeholders, analyzed their social media presences, and thoroughly researched the sector of non-profits. I then assembled a detailed plan providing strategic and tactical guidance to the central office and its regional field operations so they could improve their community outreach efforts and increase their donor rolls.
